About us

We are a family with 2 daughters. We work in our own architectural studio "www.ggbarq.com". We constructed Can Poeta as our family holiday home. We bought this beautiful land in the year 2000 and we finished the construction in 2003. Since the beginning we were looking in flexibility and practicality, thinking of receiving visits. Part of the house was renovated and extended twice, the first in 2015, and the last time, recently at the end of 2021.

Considering the high number of friends and relatives who could spent with us the holidays and how expensive it is to maintain a house of these characteristics in good conditions, we opted to rent the house in order to invest profits in continuous improvements to enjoy the house at its fullest, both us and the tenants. We decided to empty the house of our personal belongings so that anyone staying feels like in a good hotel, empty and clean cabinets.

Tourist License

In September 2013 the Consell de Eivissa granted us ET Tourist Establishment License.
