All rooms are equipped with private bathroom. Smoking is not allowed.
All are double rooms with plenty space and extra large bed, ideal for those travel for pleasure.
The house can accommodate 8 people in 4 double rooms.

Deposit
We ask for a 700.-€ deposit before the check in, but is refundable when you leave the house.
Cleaning
General house cleaning at the beginning of the stay. Change towels each 3 days. Bed line changed and cleaning every week
Payment
Total price is for a total of 8 people.
In order to confirm the reservation, we required you to pay the 50% of the total price of your stay by bank transfer and the second payment will be done 15 days before your arriva l to Can Poeta. Please use the following bank account number for you payment:

Cancelation policy
Once the reservation is done and payed the 50% deposit, this amount is not refundable if you cancel your reservation.
Checking and checkout
With the purpose of carrying out an order with the tenants and be able to organize our services, we have set an schedule, however we can always adapt it according to flight schedules.
